SUGGESTED ITINERARY

Day 1 - UK to Boston

Fly from London to Boston, arriving later that day - departures from other UK airports are also available, of course. On arrival in to Boston make your way to your chosen hotel, for a three night stay - we have a range of hotel options to choose from, and your length of stay in Boston is flexible.

Days 2-3 - Boston

Explore historic Boston over the next few days. Take in neighbourhoods such as well-groomed Back Bay, compact Chinatown and the up-and-coming Seaport District.

Day 4 - Boston to New York

Make your way to Boston's South Station for the Amtrak train service to New York. On arrival at New York’s Penn Station make your way to your chosen hotel, for a three night stay - we’re very accommodating when it comes to how long you spend in each location, so if three nights here isn’t spot-on for you, just let us know!

Days 5-6 - New York

You now have the next few days to explore exciting New York, the ‘Big Apple’. We adore the Empire State Building, both for the art deco architecture and for the views from the top (get here early to avoid long queues) while other notable buildings in the area include Grand Central Station and the Rockefeller Center. Make time to see the National September 11 Memorial too.

Day 7 - New York to Washington DC

Make your way to New York’s Penn Station for the Amtrak train service to Washington DC. On arrival at Washington’s Union Station make your way to your chosen hotel, for a three night stay - if you’d like a different duration here just let us know, we’re very flexible!

Days 8-9 - Washington DC

Today start your sightseeing of Washington DC, the nation’s capital - there’s so much to see here that a few days may not be enough! Plan your time carefully as the city was built on a big scale - the hop-on hop-off sightseeing buses are a great way to save your legs. We highly recommend pre-booking a tour of the Capitol Building, and our other favourite sights include the iconic Lincoln Memorial, the National Archives and of course the White House.

Day 10 - Return

Make your way to Washington airport for your return flight to the UK, arriving the next day.
