SUGGESTED ITINERARY

Day 1 - UK to Boston

Fly from London to Boston, arriving later that day - departures from other UK airports are also available, of course. On arrival in to Boston make your way to your chosen hotel, for a three night stay - we’re very accommodating when it comes to how long you spend in each location, so if three nights here isn’t spot-on for you, just let us know!

Days 2-3 - Boston

Spend the next few days getting to know fascinating Boston. Our highlights include Boston Common, the Massachusetts State House, the new England Aquarium and the Boston Tea Party Museum - all easy to explore on foot, or take in the hop-on hop-off trolley bus.

Day 4 - Boston to Cape Cod

Collect your rental car from the Boston car hire depot in the city centre, and head towards Cape Cod. Our suggestion would be to start by driving to Newport on the Rhode Island coast (approx 75 miles / 1 hour 30 minutes, plus stops), a pretty town with a traditional feel. From here head to Hyannis (approx 75 miles / 1 hour 30 mins, plus stops), the main commercial centre of the Cape Cod area. On arrival check in to your hotel for a three night stay.

Days 5-6 - Cape Cod

Spend the next few days exploring the Cape Cod area. Take a ferry to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard, drive the scenic Mid Cape Highway (US 6) or visit the beaches and dunes of the Cape Cod National Seashore.

Day 7 - Return

Drive back to Boston airport (approx 70 miles / 1 hour 15 minutes, plus stops), drop off your rental car and check in for your return flight to the UK, arriving the next day.
