SUGGESTED ITINERARY
Day 1 - UK to Beijing
Fly from Heathrow to Beijing, arriving the following day. Departures from other UK airports are also available, please ask for details.
Day 2 - Beijing
On arrival, you'll be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel, for a three night stay. Our Beijing city stopovers are very flexible, so if you’d like a day or two more or less just let us know!
Days 3-4 - Beijing
Spend the next few days exploring this incredible city. It’s essential to visit the Great Wall of China, and our favourite area (there’s a few to choose from!) Is at Mutianyu, where the wall is well preserved, the views are spectacular and the experience is superb. Get there early to beat the crowds.
Day 5 - Beijing to Shanghai
Transfer back to Beijing airport for your flight to Shanghai. On arrival, you'll be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel, for a three night stay. Our holidays to China are very flexible, so if you’d prefer a different duration just let us know!
Days 6-7 - Shanghai
Spend the next few days exploring the economic powerhouse of Asia. Central Shanghai is fairly easy to explore but there’s plenty to see, so the hop-on hop-off sightseeing bus is the perfect way to take it all in.
Day 8 - Shanghai to Hong Kong
Transfer back to Shanghai airport for your flight to Hong Kong. On arrival, you'll be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel, for a three night stay. Our stopovers in Hong Kong are extremely flexible so if you’d prefer a shorter or longer stay just ask!
Days 9-10 - Hong Kong
Spend the next few days exploring this cosmopolitan city. The restaurants and cafes of Tsim Sha Tsui offer some of the best food we’ve ever had, make sure you eat where the locals do!
Day 11 - Hong Kong to UK
Return transfer to Hong Kong airport for your return flight to the UK.
Three Chinese cities in one trip this China multicentre holiday combines Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong in one full-on trip. Each city has very different characteristics and the combination is fascinating!
