ITINERARY

Day 1 Mombasa to Tsavo East

Leave Mombasa after breakfast from your beach hotel and drive to Tsavo East (160-210 km depending on which beach hotel you select). Check in to Ashnil Aruba Lodge in time for lunch. Ashnil Aruba Lodge has several watering holes nearby which attract wildlife, and has been thoughtfully designed with the main guest area shaded by acacia trees. After lunch a game drive will introduce you to the local area. Overnight: Ashnil Aruba Lodge (lunch and dinner included).

Day 2 Tsavo East to Tsavo West

After an early breakfast drive the 120 km to Tsavo West. Surrounded by the Chyulu Hills & Pare Mountains, the park boasts incredibly diverse scenery. Lunch is followed by an afternoon game drive which usually includes a visit to Mzima Springs. Kilaguni Serena Lodge is a classic stone built lodge, and was one of the first lodges to be built in Tsavo National Park. It overlooks its own waterhole, which is visited by a variety of wildlife. Overnight: Kilaguni Serena Lodge (breakfast, lunch and dinner included).

Day 3 Tsavo West to Mombasa

After an early breakfast drive 310-360 km back to Mombasa (breakfast included).
