Location

Between the river and the beach, close to Bentota village shops and restaurants, about three hours drive from the airport.

Rooms

133 rooms, each with air-conditioning, television, telephone, tea and coffee making facilities, minibar, shower and balcony or terrace with river or partial ocean views. Standard rooms are as above.

Deluxe rooms are on upper floors with river or sea views, superior furnishings and double bed only. Suites are more spacious and have large balconies.

Facilities

Float in the freshwater pool, try watersports on the lagoon in the hotel gardens and learn to dive at the PADI school (open from Dec01-Mar31). Dine at a choice of restaurants before sipping a nightcap at the airconditioned lounge bar.

Other facilities include floodlit tennis and squash courts, table tennis, archery, badminton, beach volleyball, a fitness centre and a spa.
