On the east coast of Koh Yao Noi overlooking emerald waters studded with limestone rock formations, approx. one hour from Phuket or Krabi airport by private road transfer and shared speedboat (or 15 minutes by helicopter on request).

54 luxurious air-conditioned pool villas are scattered on the hillside each with television, iPod docking station, Bose sound system, espresso machine, wine fridge, minibar and private infinity pool. Hideaway Pool Villas (154 m²) enjoy views over the plantation. Hideaway Pool Villa Suites (228m2) are located over a split level with the bedroom situated on the upper level with an open air bathroom and shower, while an air-conditioned living room with en-suite is found on the lower floor beside the infinity pool.

Ocean Pool Villas (154 m²) overlook the water and feature an outside shower and living room. Ocean Deluxe Pool Villas (181 m²) are split level with the living and decked area are on the top level and stairs leading to the bedroom, walk-through dressing area and bathroom. Beachfront Pool Villas (154 m²) boast glorious views over Phang Nga Bay and a steps leading directly to the beach.
