Location

In the South Ari Atoll, approx. 25 minutes by Maldivian Air Taxi seaplane from Malé airport and close to sister resort Diamonds Thudufushi Beach & Water Villas.

Rooms

The 46 Beach Bungalows are positioned just yards from the water's edge and boast air-conditioning, ceiling fan, sitting area, telephone, iPod docking station, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, open-air bathrooms with a shower and a terrace.

The 25 beautiful Sunrise Water Villas and Sunset Water Villas are built on stilts over the water and have an iMac computer and complimentary Wi-Fi, a large terrace with dining area and sun beds, with direct access to the water and exclusive dining available in the à la carte overwater restaurant.

Facilities

The island has an attractive and informal open-air restaurant and two bars on the main island, a boutique, Serena Spa and regular evening entertainment. There is a watersports centre offering windsurfing, canoeing, laser boats and hobie cat sailing (skippered charters), a PADI dive school, snorkelling trips, waterskiing, deep sea fishing and bottom fishing can be arranged (at extra cost). Superb snorkelling is available from just off the island itself. The brand new water villas are accessed by a jetty from the main island and enjoy access to the à la carte overwater restaurant and bar.

Spa and beauty

Serena Spa offers a wide range of relaxation and pampering treatments from a fusion of Indian and Asian traditions.
