Park Hyatt Zanzibar is housed in two buildings. The graceful Mambo Msiige building dates back to the 17th century and is steeped in history. A typical Zanzibari mansion, centred around a peaceful courtyard, its architecture portrays elements of Swahili, Arabic, Persian, Indian and European styles.The new and purpose built Zamani Residence connects to Mambo Msiige, blending the old with the new and the historic with the contemporary.

67 luxuriously appointed air-conditioned guest rooms, including 11 suites. Standard guest rooms range in size from 45 square metres to 50 square metres and have views of the garden or Stone Town. The Pool Lounge, adjacent to the oceanfront infinity pool, specialises in local fish dishes along with traditional western salads, sandwiches and snacks. All bar and dining areas have their own oceanfront terrace overlooking the local beach and the Indian Ocean.
