The Tongsai Bay hotel in Koh Samui and the Panviman Resort in Koh Phangan and our rooms in both were brilliant and I would recommend both hotels. The Panviman at Koh Phangan was our favourite and 5 nights there was certainly not too long.

"Just wanted to say thank you very much for arranging our holiday to Thailand in January. It was totally brilliant the hotels were fabulous especially the Amari Orchid Resort (def would reccomend that hotel and particular rooms to anyone) all the hotel were brilliant locations in all resorts

The Grand Majestic was in a brilliant location near Nana plaza so lots of bars to go to at night would reccomend this hotel for people who want to be close to lot of bars nightlife and dont want to walk to far.

The Amari was in a great location as well as you could walk or get the bus to walking st and the hotel is totally gorgeous lovely grounds and the staff were really nice as well very very modern and slick hotel we were on the 16th floor and had an amazing view of pattaya.

And the Diamond Cliff hotel is really really nice rooms were very spacious and well kept only thing is that the bathroom could have done with a bit of tlc as it needed regrouting in places and the towel rail was hanging off the wall (but this was just small thing that my other half noticed being a bloke and a builder) the grounds were gorgeous and the infinity pool by the beach was gorgeous as well.

Overall we had a brilliant holiday everthing went really smothly all the transfers were well organised and prompt and we had help in checking in and transfering from Bangkok to Phuket. Many thanks again will def be using your services to book my next long haul holiday. Like i said we had a brilliant time everthing went really smoothly no probs with the pick up/transfers ect and everthing was as promised when we booked.

we have been to loads of places Mexico Cuba Margarita Domincan Republic Brazil Jamaica ect and most of the usual european holidays and have done both packages and done our own bookings as well and i can honestly say that your service was the best it was nice to know that we did not have to think about transfers and pick ups and flight and just enjoy ourselves totally.

I would also like to point out that when you gave me your price for our holiday i checked around 5 different travel agents such as dream ticket destinology and travelmood and travelbag to see if i could get a better price deal and none of them could match your price in fact most of them were around 500 pounds higher and one women actaully said that i should bite your arm off at that price"

"Karen and I have now returned to London and I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for your advice and arrangements for what was an absolutely fantastic trip from start to finish.

You were quite right – a few nights in Bangkok was a great way to start the trip and your selected hotel – the Majestic Grande – was superb.  The problem was not enough time to do everything we wanted.

The Vietnam tour was excellent – well paced – we both fell in love with Hanoi a city unlike any other we have experienced and the other centres Hui, Ho Ann and HCMC were very enjoyable.  A night on the junk in Halong Bay was the icing on the cake.

Again you advised an excellent hotel for the beach break at Phan Thiet – comfortable with great facilities and its position meant there was no shortage of local restaurants if we wanted to move out. Finally just as we thought it could not get any better we arrived at Angkor Wat! The local agent Asian Trails were fantastic especially in Siem Reap where we hired a very good guide, car and driver for two days. So many thanks – yet again – we are already starting to think about the next holiday and will no doubt be in touch.

"The whole holiday was fantastic, Ao Nang is beautiful with plenty to do. We went on a couple of excursions, to Tiger Cave Temple, Emerald Pool, the hot springs st Klong Thom and elephant trekking. It will take a while to sort through the photos and videos!

Used the internet check in, it worked well although you have to be really quick. We could not get web access until 6 hours after it opened and had to book seats in different rows. Luckily there was a lone traveller kind enough to swap.

A big thank you to you and everyone at Escape Worldwide for everything. The service was excellent throughout and I will not hesitate to book another holiday with yourselves."

Both hotels were great and ideal for what we wanted.  The Krabi Thai Villiage in particular was beautiful and in a great location in that it was close enough to the town to walk there for eats and drinks in the evening but far enough away that you weren't in the hub of the touristy town of Ao Nang.

"Just got back last night from our trip to Bangkok and Cha Am and wanted to say 'Thank you' for arranging it all, everything went to plan and on time, we had a great holiday.

We were impressed with Etihad Airways, the Grand Millenium was very good. The Soi Cowboy was an experience, one of the girls very kindly took me to the loo which was at the back of the club, I'm sure if I wanted a change of career I could get a job there!

The Regent was quiet which suited us! We are not really 'resort' people, tend to hire a car and take a guide book to stop off where and when we like a place. We did upgrade our room though so that we could have a sea view and paid 4000 Bht but that worked out at less than £10 per night which was fine.

Also the transfers were very good (even though it was an early start yesterday, picked up from Cha Am at 2.45am for a 8.45am flight from Bangkok) and they gave me a box of orchids.

Even though June is there low season, and there was a little rain on a couple of days, I would certainly go back at this time of the year again and of couse compared to the euro or us dollar, it was very good value for money..

Do you have a mailing list for offers? If so pleases put me on it, next year, I quite fancy Borneo!

"We have recently returned from our holiday in Thailand and i feel compelled to write to you to feedback just what a magical time we had;  and outstanding service we have received throughout from yourself and your colleagues at Escape Worldwide. Your help & advice below was absolutely spot on & the booking process a breeze.

I had the misfortune of  picking up an ear infection during the latter part on our holiday, indeed we had to delay our return until i was fit to fly. This could have been an anxious time but the support of the local Asian Trails representative at the Amari Reef, and a personal call from the UK, ensured we felt supported and in safe hands. Upon our eventual return a call from your team and a subsequent food hamper with best wishes sent to me has just rounded off the excellent service we have received from you all. The ear infection was an inconvenience at most, and did not spoil a truly magical holiday experience.

We will not hesitate you use the services of Escape Worldwide again, as we will certainly will be visiting SE Asia again! Furthermore i will have no hesitation in recommending you all to anyone who might also benefit from your service."

"Just a note to thank you so much for your help with our trip to Thailand and particularly your recommendations for the hotels.  The Tropical Garden Resort in Phuket at Kata Beach was really good with just the right mix of night time entertainment – we experienced Patong Beach at night time and although we really enjoyed the buzz we are glad we were not actually staying there!

The private booking on Koh Samui was also excellent, although the weather was terrible – torrential rain the whole 5 days.  Only one thing for it – we will have to go again sometime, avoiding November! Then on to Bangkok and the Bel Aire Princess which was also excellent.  We all had a great time bartering in the markets etc.

The whole trip with our Australian friends all came together with great success and all the transfers you arranged were on time. "Just wanted to drop you a note of thanks to yourself and colleagues.  We have just returned from our holidays and have had a fab time, the recommendations we were given re each place and timescale spent in each place were spot on, your personal advice re currency to take was also very helpful.

We found the service of the reps excellent particularly the one from Bangkok airport to hotel. The hotels themselves were great, although with both Hong Kong and Singapore (only rain we had) we could have done with being in a more central area with bars etc to go to at night, by the time we had discovered them in Hong Kong it was time to move on. But these are things you only discover yourself when you go to a new place.

Hotel in Bali was out of this world, just right for our wk of relaxation, and all but the hotel in Hong Kong acknowledged that we were celebrating our silver wedding. So once again please pass on our thanks."

"Just a quick note to give you some feedback on our big holiday to Singapore, Bali, Hong Kong and Bangkok. We had a brilliant time and all the travel arrangements went very smoothly indeed (apart from delays at airports which cannot be helped).  All the hotels and their facilities were great.

We loved Singapore and the Orchard Parade Hotel was very good (despite some rather disparaging remarks I had read on Trip Advisor – we did not encounter any bed bugs..!!!).  It is in a fabulous location on Orchard Road.  The driver who collected us at the airport was a nice chatty guy and gave us some information on tours and we arranged a couple – both of which went very well.

The only hotel I would comment on would be the Charterhouse in Hong Kong.  It was definitely more geared up towards the businessman rather than the tourist.  On our third night in HK there was a rather scary typhoon with winds of 140 mph and horizontal rain lashing down.  Unfortunately the window had had one of its catches totally broken off so the wind did whistle through the gap.  Anyway, the rain continued the next morning but as we were moving on anyway it didn’t matter too much.  I did mention these points in the Hotel’s feedback form.

When we were met at HK airport on our arrival, this was the only place where there seemed to be slight confusion – we had to find the desk and let them know we’d arrived and we were taken out of the airport to the transport – which happened to be an old bus, rather like a school bus, driven by an elderly (about 70 year old) Chinese man who did not speak any English – so we received no information about the City or tours.  At all the other destinations we were met by very nice, friendly people who were only too pleased to give us information about getting around, tours etc etc. In fact in Bali the young man from Bali Tours, Yansu, couldn’t have been nicer, he was so helpful and informative about everything.  We liked Bali best of all and the Paradise Plaza Hotel was simply wonderful.  The beach was great, the weather fantastic, and the food and drink still very reasonable.  All the people we met there were lovely.

Bangkok was interesting and the Bel-Aire Princess Hotel was great.  Again we had a beautiful room, the hotel facilities were brilliant, as was the swimming pool.  The woman from Asia World again, was very helpful and informative.

Overall we were impressed by the whole holiday and how smoothly it all went. We shall definitely keep you in mind when thinking about future holidays."
