All holidays featured on this website are fully ATOL-bonded package holidays, and as such, you will receive a full refund or be brought home if the package organiser fails.
Should, for example, your airline cease trading just before your departure, the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) will provide you with a refund under the ATOL scheme - if the airline went bust while you were actually overseas, the CAA will arrange your return to the UK.
After booking your holiday with Escape Worldwide, we will issue you with an ATOL receipt. You will also receive an ATOL confirmation invoice. This is a document issued by ATOL holders to customers that details all the air holiday items that have been booked with them and protected under their ATOL.
Your payment is protected by The Global Travel Group Plc’s Client Account and is not available for use by us - Escape Worldwide are a member of the Global Travel Group with membership number S2264. All monies paid to us are held in this secure account and passed on to suppliers to pay for your travel arrangements.
In the unlikely event of Escape Worldwide ceasing to trade between you paying for your holiday and you travelling, your payments are protected and your holiday is safe. Your payment is passed from the secure account to the holiday organiser, so you'll still travel on your holiday as planned.
