A visa will be given to British citizens on arrival in Thailand. Check the length of this carefully, and do not outstay your welocme, as visitors can be detained until a fine is paid.

Full UK passports are required, and should be valid for at least 6 months from the return date to the UK, and generally you should have at least one double blank page available per country visited.

Compulsory vaccinations: Yellow Fever essential if arriving from an infected area

Recommended vaccinations: Malaria (depending on area), Hepatitus A, Polio & Typhoid.


Some insurance companies may not extend cover for situations arising where Department of Health advice is not taken, irrespective of entry requirements.
