most impressive sites, including Petra and Jerusalem. At night
time, Eilat comes to life, with a great range of bars and excellent

TO STAY |
There's
a good selection of hotels available in Eilat, from budget to
luxurious. Many are located in the North beach area of the Resort,
which is also home to the main areas of shopping and dining
options. South of here is the Coral Beach area, with more hotels
and a more peaceful atmosphere. |

IDEAS |
Spend
a week or two in Eilat, soaking up the sun and relaxing in one
of the hotels. Alternatively, it's possible to start with a
tour of Israel and finish your holiday relaxing in Eilat. |
| GETTING
THERE |
Eilat
is served by flights to Ovda Airport, to the north of the resort.
Flights operate throughout the Winter, departing Manchester
, Luton and Heathrow weekly. Occasional summer flights from
Gatwick also operate. From Ovda, it's about 50 minutes to the
centre of Eilat. Flights from Manchester generally operate via
Luton. |
