MS DA VINCI NILE CRUISE

7 nights from £529 per person

With her ornate marble floors, spacious cabins, highly attentive service and intimate atmosphere the MS Da Vinci is a quality Nile cruise boat with impressive facilities and one of the best on-board pools around.

Cabins

All standard cabins are bright and airy with twin or double beds and have a private shower (which is over a small bath) and wc, hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning, an internal telephone, taped music, fridge, television, a table and two chairs and a large window. Single cabins (211 & 316), which do not incur a single supplement, have a single bed and the same facilities as standard cabins, with the exception of the table and chairs. Smoking is not permitted in any of the cabins.

There are four suites, two of which are ‘Junior’ and all have a double bedroom with eating area comprising a sofa, table and two chairs. The two larger suites benefit from the double bedroom and seating area being separate from one another. Each one has complimentary tea and coffee making facilities.

All suites have a walk-in shower with power jets, ideal for easing those aches and pains and bath robes are also provided. Please note: It may be possible to accommodate a third person in both the twin berth cabins and suites. However, space will be limited and the extra bed is likely to be of a folding or camp bed style and therefore recommended only for children up to 15 years of age.

Cuisine

Choose from a wide selection of items at the hot and cold breakfast buffet, whilst lunch and dinner are either buffet or waiter service. Complimentary afternoon tea is served daily. Enjoy a cabin service where you can purchase drinks of your choice between 0900 and 2300 hours.

Entertainment

Evening entertainment includes occasional dancing and theme nights which include a Galabeya Egyptian night, a Nubian folklore evening and belly-dancing.

Sport & Leisure

Enjoy a cooling dip in the swimming pool and relax with a refreshing drink at the pool bar. There is also a pool table (payable locally), and a separate area off the lounge which has a library area with a small selection of books and where you can play a relaxing game of cards, backgammon or chess. You can also be pampered by taking a massage in a secluded open-air area on the Sun Deck (payable locally).

Special Facilities

Facilities include a restaurant offering excellent views of the scenery as you pass by, a small gift shop, a large lounge with satellite TV, the Panorama lounge bar and a laundry service. For your peace of mind, a doctor is available at each port of call. Safety deposit boxes are available, free of charge.

Note: TV viewing may only be possible when the boat is docked.
