A superb new property, the Mövenpick Resort Hotel, provides
excellent facilities.
Location: Directly on Taba Bay, against a backdrop
of Sinai’s most striking scenery of dramatic mountains and
vast stretches of golden sands.
Rooms: 434 rooms, suites and bungalows each with
a balcony overlooking the sea or mountain and pools and featuring
air-conditioning, satellite TV, modem connection, hairdryer, safe
and mini bar.
Cuisine: Main Mövenpick restaurant, Shahrazad Oriental
restaurant, Chopsticks Chinese restaurant plus Sea Shells seafood
restaurant, Palm Tent and the Beach Snack restaurant. Refreshments
are also available from the Mermaid swim-up bar, Pharaoh’s
bar and Executive Lounge plus of course a kiosk serving the well-known
Mövenpick ice cream.
Entertainment: Evening entertainment.
Sport & Leisure: 400 metre private beach, 2
outdoor swimming pools, a Jacuzzi, 2 children’s pools and
an indoor pool (heated in winter). Various water sports including
scuba diving. A Spa and fitness centre as well as tennis courts,
volleyball court and casino will be available at a later stage.
