Opinion A fine hotel with good all-round facilities,
the Hilton Taba Resort makes a great base from which to explore
the local area, either on dry land or in the water.
Location: Adjacent to the Taba border crossing,
directly on the Red Sea.
Rooms: 410 air-conditioned rooms, all featuring
private facilities, satellite TV, radio, telephone and mini-bar.
Cuisine: The main Palm Court buffet restaurant
serves breakfast and dinner and offers a different themed buffet
every night, half board meals are to be taken in this restaurant.
Other restaurants at the Hotel include Middle Eastern á la
carte at the Marhaba and Italian cuisine at the Casa Taba, a supplement
is payable for meals in these dining areas. The Nelson Village pub
and restaurant serves American and International á la carte
food in a rustic atmosphere, while the beach restaurant offers a
lunchtime menu.The lobby lounge offers a bar and snack meals.
Entertainment: The Hotel offers a varied entertainment
programme as well as a casino.
Sport & Leisure:Two swimming pools - one seawater
and one freshwater - plus a diving and water sports centre. Massage
(payable locally), archery, billiards, darts, table tennis, tennis
and a small 9-hole putting green are also available.
Special Facilities: 24 hour room service; Kid’s
club (minimum age 2); in-house doctor.

Facilities: In addition to the wide range of restaurants
available at the Hilton, guests of Nelson’s Village can also
use the lobby bar or coffee shop. Entertainment and leisure facilities
are shared with the Hilton Taba Resort.
