Opinion: Towering mountains and azure blue waters
as its’ backdrop, the Sierra offers quality and comfort with
a wide range of sporting, relaxation and spa facilities.
Location: On the outskirts of Ras Mohamed Natural
Park, set along the White Knight beach and with a spectacular view
of the Sierra Mountain, one of the Sinai’s most prominent
mountains.
Rooms: 275 air-conditioned rooms, each with satellite
TV, an electronic safe, mini bar and IDD phone with voice mail.All
rooms offer a varying sized private terrace.
Cuisine: The main restaurant, Shangri-La, offers
international cuisine and operates on a live cooking concept, where
your food is cooked in front of you, whilst a variety of snacks,
coffees, cocktails and liqueurs are available at Spartacus, the
Greek orientated lobby bar. For those lounging by the pool, Aquatica
allows you to indulge in anything from ice cream to light snacks
and a choice of beverages.
Entertainment: The animation team performs outside
shows during the day plus daily indoor shows and group dancing in
the evening.
Sport & Leisure: Large pool (heated in winter),
water aerobics and water volleyball tournaments. 2 floodlit tennis
courts and miniature golf are also available, plus a wellness centre
and spa allowing you to treat yourself to a choice of massages (pay
locally for treatments). A water sports centre offers a whole host
of activities including diving courses. Guests of the Sierra are
also able to use the sports and recreational facilities available
at the Savoy hotel.
Special Facilities: Children’s club (minimum
age 4) with playground, baby-sitting service (pay locally and subject
to availability). Room service (pay locally) plus a shuttle bus
(8.30-18.00) to the beach located at the Sierra’s sister hotel,
The Savoy.
All Inclusive
• Three meals a day, served in the main restaurant, Shangri-La:
Breakfast (06.30-10.30) offering a full buffet,American coffee and
tea. Lunch (12.30-15.00) offering a light buffet with salad, pasta,
pizza, etc. plus small mineral water, canned juice, soft drinks,
local wine (in a glass), draft beer, American coffee and tea. Dinner
(18.30-22.30) offering an international menu, plus small mineral
water, canned juice, soft drinks, local wine (in a glass), draft
beer, American coffee and tea.
• Morning snacks (10.30-12.00) served in the pool area, including
croissants, Danishes, coffee, tea and juices.
• Afternoon snacks (15.00-18.00) served in the pool area,
plus canned juice, soft drinks, local wine (in a glass), Stella
beer, American coffee and tea.
• Ice cream (15.00-17.00) served in the pool area.
• Evening snacks (22.00-01.00) served in the lobby bar, plus
all soft drinks, mineral water (in a glass) canned juice, Stella
beer, cocktails made with local alcohol (daiquiri, Sinai special,
cuba libra, orange blossom and whisky sour), American coffee and
tea only.
• Bottles of wine, imported alcohol including beer, fresh
juice, large bottles of mineral water, cappuccino and espresso are
not included in the All Inclusive package and an additional charge
will be made locally if ordering any of these items. An additional,
local charge will be made if room service is required. |
