All divers wishing to participate in any packages must present an internationally recognised diving certificate and log book. If you are a PADI Open Water diver and/or have not dived in the past 6 months and/or have less than 20 logged dives, please expect to undergo a check dive or a scuba review which you will be expected to pay for locally. Please ask for local rules and costs. In addition to your holiday insurance, which must sufficiently cover you for diving, in Eilat and at Aqua-sport Taba an additional insurance must be purchased according to local diving law. This covers any emergency medical treatment that may be required in the unlikely event of a diving accident.
