Exquisitely renovated in 2002 by its owner architect, Sala Prabang in Luang Prabang is one of the finest examples of Luang Prabang Colonial Architecture. The Villa and the Cottage was a former residence of first Prime Minister of Laos and later it was named as a protected structure when Luang Prabang was designated as a World Heritage Site in 1995.

LOCATION: Located in the heart of Luang Prabang, within walking distance of the various temples and the Mekong River.

FACILITIES: The Suan Nam Coffee Shop & Pub overlooks the Mekong, plus there's courtyard seating area. Other facilities include a library and internet access int he reception area.

ACCOMMODATION: The Sala Prabang comprises of forty rooms spread out within six individual two storied buildings. Its interior was restored in the spirit of colonial elegance and fusion of Lao traditional and contemporary styles. All rooms include air conditioning, ceiling fan and private bathroom with hot /cold showers, selective amenities and accommodate with double bed and /or attached twin beds.
