accessed from Kruger Mpumalanga airport it is ideally located for a stopover en route to
Swaziland or Kwazulu Natal.
Facilities Nestled amongst the boulders and trees that form a kopje overlooking the reserve,
Manyatta Rock Lodge enjoys magnificent views from the main dining deck and bar, the
viewing deck, perched above the kopje and the bedrooms. This bush retreat blends with its
surroundings with as little disturbance to nature as possible. A rock pool is a haven of
relaxation after your morning game drive with the stunning view below acting as a reminder
of your idyllic location. Exhilarating microlight flights provide a magical look at the reserve
and its wildlife from the air. One of our favourite activities are the elephant back safaris that
allow close interaction with other wildlife at close quarter.
Accommodation Ingeniously constructed, the rooms, scattered amongst the kopje, blend amongst the
monolithic boulders that provide privacy. Each is tastefully decorated incorporating
regional themes with bath, shower and private wooden deck affording views of the bush.
