| Located along 22 miles of prime river frontage, Tinga enjoys a fabulous setting in a 20
square mile private concession inside the Kruger National Park. Both the Narina and
Legends lodges are stunningly set on the confluence of the Sabie and Sand rivers, just 12
miles from the Paul Kruger Gate and in prime big game viewing country.
Facilities Being inside the world famous Kruger Park, Tinga enjoys the best of both worlds – the
exclusivity of a private reserve whilst being able to traverse the whole park without
restrictions. Leopards, lions, rhinos and elephants are often seen in front of the lodges,
which offer guided morning and afternoon game drives as well as bush walks. Legends lodge is dominated by its thatched entrance with high beamed ceiling and
wooden floor leading through the colonial style lounge and large deck, which overlooks the
river. Facilities include a library, wine cellar, bar, ‘boma’ outdoor dining area, wellness
centre and swimming pool.
Accommodation Each luxurious suite is airconditioned, en suite and houses a
separate lounge, television, DVD player, minibar and private viewing deck with plunge pool.
Narina offers similar style and facilities but is more African in feel, with the suites all
connected by an elevated wooden walkway and featuring large outdoor showers. |
