This 12-night tour starts and ends in Windhoek and offers the very best of Namibia. Standard & deluxe versions are available, the maximum number of passengers is 13 on the standard version and just six on the deluxe tour.

DAY 1 FRIDAY – GATWICK-WINDHOEK
Take the non-stop overnight flight from Gatwick to Windhoek.

DAY 2 SATURDAY – KALAHARI DESERT
On arrival in Windhoek you will be met and will journey south into the Kalahari Desert region. In the afternoon you will have the option to take a drive through the beautiful terracotta dunes (payable locally). Overnight: Kalahari Anib Lodge.

DAY 3 SUNDAY – FISH RIVER CANYON
Continue south through Quiver Tree Forest and the impressive giant boulders of Giant's Playground to the world's second largest canyon – Fish River Canyon. Overnight: Cañon Village.

DAY 4 MONDAY – LÜDERITZ
The day starts with a guided excursion to the canyon. You will then pass through the historic village of Aus and the vast & barren Prohibited Diamond Area. After a short sightseeing tour of Luderitz you will visit Diaz Cross, where Portuguese sailors landed in the 1480's. Overnight: Zum Sperrgebiet.

DAY 5 TUESDAY – NAMIB DESERT
After breakfast travel to the ghost town of Kolmanskop and then onwards to visit Duwisib Castle. The afternoon will be at leisure in the southern Namib Desert. Overnight: Hammerstein Lodge.

DAY 6 WEDNESDAY – SOSSUSVLEI
An early start today as you enter Sossusvlei for what is sure to be one of the most memorable days of your visit to Namibia. Overnight: Namib Desert Lodge.

DAY 7 THURSDAY – SWAKOPMUND
Travel north via Gaub Canyon, Kuiseb Canyon and Moon Valley to Swakopmund. Overnight: Strand Hotel.

DAY 8 FRIDAY – SWAKOPMUND
A free day to explore Swakopmund, optional excursions will be offered and are payable locally. Overnight: Strand Hotel.

DAY 9 SATURDAY – DAMARALAND
Travel along the coast to Henties Bay and Cape Cross Seal Reserve, afterwards head inland past the Brandberg Mountains into Damaraland. Overnight: iGowati Lodge.

DAY 10 SUNDAY – TWYFELFONTEIN-ETOSHA
Travel via Twyfelfontein, famous for its game and engraved boulders, towards Etosha – Namibia's prime area for game viewing. Overnight: Etosha Garten Hotel, Outjo.

DAY 11 MONDAY – ETOSHA NATIONAL PARK
A full day to explore Etosha and search for game. Overnight: Etosha Rest Camp.

DAY 12 TUESDAY – ETOSHA NATIONAL PARK
Another thrilling day in Etosha. Overnight: Mokuti Lodge.

DAY 13 WEDNESDAY – WINDHOEK
Today you will leave Etosha and return via the mining town of Tsumeb, Lake Otjikoto, the gardentown of Otiwarongo and craft markets of Okahandja to Windhoek. Overnight: Kalahari Sands Hotel.

DAY 14 THURSDAY – WINDHOEK-GATWICK
A free day to relax in your Windhoek hotel before you depart on the non-stop overnight flight back to London.

DAY 15 FRIDAY – GATWICK
Early morning arrival at Gatwick.
