With 365 beaches, Antigua is the epitome of the Caribbean, Excellent shopping, historical splendours and a range of accommodation, the Island is perfect for families, couples and groups. However, the beaches of Antigua are just the beginning and there is plenty to see and do! Visit the capital of St. John's for a taste of local life, visit the market and local shops and restaurants. The harbour is also very popular with visitors as it is home to a number of duty free shops.

WHAT TO DO

Spend your days relaxing on the beach or by the pool, in the evenings enjoy good food and cool drinks. Why not take advantage of the popular organised tour which can be generally organised from the hotels on the island. A visit to Stingray City is always a hit with visitors or visit Shirley Heights for a Sunday night BBQ with plenty of great food, great music and sensational views over English Harbour and Nelsons' Dockyard.

WHERE TO STAY

There's a good range of hotels across the island, ranging from 3*+ to 5*. Many of the hotels tend to be located within a short distance from the capital of St. John's. It is easy to get out and about to local shops, bars and restaurants from most of the hotels.
